Azure participates in an Essential Housing program, which sets aside a portion of our apartment homes for households whose income falls at or below a defined limit for the Corpus Christi area.
Qualification is based on documented household income and household size. Income limits are published annually and adjust with the number of people in the home. Availability in the program is limited and changes over time.
All applicants are evaluated using the same published rental criteria, which are available on request from the leasing office.
